I wash them weekly and then dry by themselves. After they finish drying I put the bed together and I don't have wrinkles. I think the secret is the thread count. FLUFF does not do it. I know they will get wrinkled when guests sleep in them but they are used wrinkles. I mean, how would you like to go to a hotel and instead of seeing nice crisp sheets you see wrinkled ones. Not good. My solution? Generally they are always 100% cotton, sometimes organic or bamboo or egyptian - depends on what's on sale. I just iron them wrinkles right out. But, I do have a steam setting on my washer and wrinkle releaser on my dryer if need be. But, I love to iron, so I've never fretted about it. And I too am the maid.
