sparkling lemon candle 300x300 Hooked On: Sparkling LemonReel me in – I’m hooked! Hooked on a candle scent called, “Sparkling Lemon” from Yankee Candle! I could just bite into this juicy fresh scent described by YC as “effervescent sweet Meyer Lemon with notes of energetic citrus lime and bergamot orange.”

I’ve noticed over the past year I’m more drawn to the clean, fresh scent of lemon. First my Italian Citrus Vaccum beads and now this candle. Lemon reminds me of an open window while the scent wafts in on the summer warm breeze. YC’s Sparkling Lemon has several layers of fragrance which makes it different from other lemons that are often sharp almost piercing scent to my nose.

You can sample this fragrance for just $1.99 when you pick up one of their tarts. Pop one in a potpourri burner. No flame, just wonderful fragrance! YC says candles aren’t just for burning – they suggest using the tarts to scent drawers or cupboards since they’ll fragrance anywhere they’re stored. Clever! Love the dual use. icon surprised Hooked On: Sparkling Lemon )

This scent makes me feel like  the warm can’t be too much longer in arriving (even though the weather forecast this weekend calls for SNOW!). Even when it’s winter, Sparkling Lemon will make you feel like summer in your heart and house!

What’s your favorite scent these days? Does it change with or is it impacted by the season? If you give Sparkling Lemon a try, let me know what you think!

I agree with you Diana – lemonis just clean clean clean.
But – if you try the Lavendar Lemon frangrance – its
a nice variation.
Most anything based on aromatheraphy smells is safe -
love the eucalyptus candle they had. Sometime it comes
out of discontinued status; then I stock up.
