Get away to the getaway that Michelle Pfeiffer loves . . . Blair Hill Inn overlooking Moosehead Lake in Greenville, Maine. The estate was established in the 1800s and has the reputation for being the finest B&B in all of Maine.
I fell in love with Blair Hill Inn three years ago when I found it surfing for a location for our anniversary. It was beyond our budget but it was love at first site.
How amazing would it be to spend a few nights in this exquisite estate?
The 90-foot verandah extends the entire length of the house and is set with comfy, cushy wicker rockers which are perfect for surveying Moosehead Lake.
During the summer months, the inn hosts an outdoor concert series, if it rains the concerts are moved into their 8,000 Sq. Ft. Carriage Barn built in 1891. Let’s just say a summer trip to Blair Hill Inn is on my list of places to visit with my hubby. I think it would be a lovely place to make some new memories.

It’s divine. I would definitely want a room with a fireplace…, this could be a great getaway in the winter too.

I think If I had the room shown I might never come out..especially if there were a fabulous tub and some room service. Love Fantasy Fridays..gives me hope that “SOMEDAY” I might be able to go to some of these relaxing beautiful and peaceful places!!

Being from Maine, I’ve never been to Blair Hill Inn-now I know where I’m spending my next long wkend away. I do need to share with you that Maine has to be one of the most beautiful places in the US with many B&B’s like the one shown.

Glad to hear from a Maine resident. Your state does seem to have some of the most fabulous B&Bs! Last week I talked about The Cottages at Cabot Cove. . . yet another destination I’d love to visit!
