I am so excited that reporter Sarah Crump selected yours truly to help her with a feature story about staging your house to sell! The article will be in this Thursday’s Inside & Out section of the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
Sarah contacted me last week to see if I might be able to give her five things home sellers should do in order to sell your house. As it turns out, more than a year ago I developed a 90-minute workshop for homeowners that focuses on the “7 D’s” of Staging. Sarah and I had a great conversation and last weekend I sent her my 7 D’s and my thoughts on staging.
Sarah called me on Monday to follow up and said she was “in awe” of how comprehensive the information was I had sent to her. She said I was so exciting to talk to – guess the love of what I do shows thru! We talked for another hour and later in the week she called to let me know that the article ended up featuring 10 things home sellers should do when selling their home. TEN – that’s twice what she had originally thought. She said it was a huge article that she feels will really help home sellers. Let hope so!
